About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate (eCommerce) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle product listings and updates on various eCommerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stock availability.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.
• Assist in optimizing product descriptions, titles, and other metadata for search visibility.
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.
• Generate and maintain reports for sales, performance, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve eCommerce workflows and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Commerce, or related fields).
• Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Magento or Shopify.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
