  • Bulk Product Listing: To add multiple paint and coating products in bulk using a structured template.

Step 1: Understanding Client Requirements

The team created a bulk upload template using Magento’s standards. This involved:

  • Creating Variations: Variations were predominantly based on the size of the products, ensuring all options were available for customers.
  • Utilizing Formulas: The team employed advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and IF statements, Macros,  to automate data entry and ensure accuracy in the template.

The team entered data into the template using information from the client’s Excel sheet. Critical fields filled included:

  • Description and Product Type: Rephrased the product description to make it SEO enriched and gain traffic on website.
  • Meta Titles and Tags: Implemented proven strategies to generate Meta titles and tags to improve product visibility in search engines.
